Night cycling event

A collaboration of SIM Malay Cultural & Muslim Society, NP Muslim Students Society and Al-Mukminin youths.

The night cycling will be an overnight event comprising of interactions, games and leisure. You will learn how to be fit and heathy in a FUN and interactive way!!

Venue: Al-Mukminin mosque
Destination: East Coast Park
Fee: $15 only =)

To register, pls click on the links section on the right.
1) Pls fill in the form provided. ( For those below 21, both forms are required to be filled)
2) Send in word.doc format via email to munish_2009@hotmail.com with the subject heading MUNISH REGISTRATION (no signature needed)
3) You will be notified on the payment procedures by email.

You are required to submit the form/s on the actual day,
1) print out the form/s and fill it and sign it
2) bring the form/s on the actual day to Al-Mukminin Mosque

Note:

  • For participants below the age of 21, pls fill in both the indemnity and the registration form.
  • Participants with health concerns such as asthma are not advised to participate.
  • On the actual day, participants without hardcopy of the form/s and signature of parents/guardian will not be allowed to join the event.
